Policy 🌙
My general policy is that upon booking, please have your information ready, including your first and last name, phone number, and email. You should also be prepared to send the deposit for your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 12 hours before your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed for lateness; arriving later than that may result in a late fee or cancellation.
Lastly, after your appointment, you will have 3 days to request a complimentary nail fix.
Deposit & Payment
To secure your appointment slot, a non-refundable deposit of $15 is required via Zelle upon booking. I will send payment details once we agree on the time and date of your appointment.
Before summoning your appointment:
Please have your first + last name, phone number, and email ready
The remaining balance may be paid in cash (exact amount only), Zelle, or Venmo.
The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of booking
Failure to pay will release your appointment back into the universe (aka: to another client).
Cancellation
You may cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your appointment. No-shows will trigger a $20 fee (via Zelle).
If you cancel your appointment, the original deposit remains non-refundable. Rebooking after a cancellation will require another non-refundable $15 deposit.
Late Arrival
You get a 10-minute grace period.
If you arrive 10-15 minutes late, an automatic $15 late fee will be applied. If you hit 15+ minutes, the appointment is canceled for the sake of schedule harmony.
Nail Fix
You have up to 3 days after your appointment to receive a complimentary nail fix.
After the 3-day period, there will be a charge per nail fix.
Appointment Guidelines
In case of emergency or illness, DM me ASAP so we can reschedule your appointment.
Please send you inspiration pictures within 12 hours before your initial appointment.
My services may range from 2 to 4 hours, depending on your chosen level.
Please plan accordingly; I take my time to make your nails ✨ perfect ✨.
Arrive with clean hands and nails.
If you have any infections (fungus, cuts, warts, etc.), please reschedule for both our safety.
